The grapes were pressed with minimal skin contact, to maintain the pure fruit flavors. The requirement is, then to be cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel to retain its freshness and zesty character. 
A full and crisp wine with intense aromas and flavors of pear and peach, underlying lemongrass and herbal tones.  
Mouth - watering acidity is balanced by a full flavored palate that leads to a long lingering finish
