Dry white, Asyrtiko & White Kountoura
The grapes were pressed with minimal skin contact, to maintain the pure fruit flavors. The must was then cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel to retain its freshness and zesty character.
Lemon color with green tints and aromas of ripe yellow fruits.
On the palate is dry with a minerality and refreshing acidity. Aromas of white peach and apricot, reveal the fruity aftertaste.
