All our wines are 100% Greek from independent wineries in Greece. You will have the chance of experiencing some of the great Greek varieties and some few, that are so ancient that are mentioned in the work of Homer, more than 3000 years ago. You can select from our full bodied red wines to light and playful roses. Also, awarded white and red wines such as F for Foivos or the Mountainous Malagousia, to the lovely Sauvignon Blanc, who is Hat Bistro's chef personal selection, but also our full body Merlot and Syrah from Petriessa Estate. Don't miss our Romazza Rose wine, perfect as an aperitif wine but also as an ingredient to amazing cocktails. From our list we couldn't missed our lovely Blender White Sparkling wine, to celebrate any special occasion.
